Just as future reference here are generally guide lines to follow when put a prensentation together.
Things to consider when
creating a presentation
· Introduce group
· Aim of this presentation this is what we are going to
do
· Emphasis that there are better things to come
· Layout needs to be consistent
· Look out for spelling and grammar
· Using imagery that has been hand draw make sure paper
looks white
· Is it over ambitious?
· Realistic dairy of events
· Deadlines mini dead lines
· Team bond
· Turning of lights so best visibility to see the
presentation
· When scanning make sure – its straight, cropped, not
dark, blown up to size, white paper is white, put black paper behind page so
other text and pictures don’t come through, change settings to document and
change contrast so page looks whiter and text is clear.
